From the Analyze phase to the Implementation:
We’ll launch the Initiative toward an Analysis which consists in “observing and understanding” the current situation. We’ll set goals, targets and KPI together with your teams and managers. We’ll then build together an implementation plan based on Lean & Six Sigma principles. We’ll heavily involve your staff and mainly a local Project Leader. We’ll coach the complete project from the kick-off to the implementation, the standardization and the stabilization. Finally, we’ll coach the progress in order to sustain the development.
